Aion is divided into two factions that vie for control of fortresses and territory in an area called “The Abyss.” These two factions are the taloned, hardy Asmodians, and the sun-kissed Elyos. Both factions are identical in function, but slightly different in aesthetic; they also both have access to the same classes.
